I am Malak Ali, founder of EJADA Skills for HRM Consultation, dedicated to youth empowerment, recruitment, and mental health advocacy. As an HR consultant and English instructor, I host social clubs to raise awareness on cultural and mental health issues.
My passion for volunteering began in my youth as a scout and continues through training initiatives at Tripoli University, bridging the gap between academia and the job market.
I’ve helped train 25 young people for the Libyan market and contributed to crisis response efforts during the Derna floods through media coordination. Diagnosed with ADHD, I raise awareness about mental wellbeing and had the opportunity to speak at TEDx Zintan.
Inspired by receiving a Fulbright scholarship, I organised a cultural day to promote global learning opportunities. My mission is to equip youth with the skills, knowledge, and resilience they need to thrive.
