I am Marwan, a Sustainable Development Specialist with a strong interest in localising value and supply chains through circular business models. I hold a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering for Sustainable Development from Politecnico di Milano, where I developed business models for biogas reactors to support rural communities in Egypt.
Recently, I led the Resilient Communities project on Qursaya Island, where I worked closely with local residents, documented their unique living model, fostered key partnerships, and facilitated community workshops.
My passion lies in promoting environmental stewardship, engaging communities in climate action, and advancing sustainable solutions that create long-term environmental and economic benefits.
