TunisiaAlgeria: call for applications for the 3rd Photography Residency: Regards Croisés
The Algerian-European “Regards croisés” photography residency is a project that consists of comparing views on the same subject. After Algiers and Constantine, it is to be showcased around Boussaada.
For this, the EU Delegation has launched a call for applications for Algerian and European photographers who are residents in Algeria, either amateurs or professionals.
Objectives:
This project is based on the following objectives:
• To offer Algerian and European photographers a creative space,
• To allow these artists to bring a contemporary perspective to the region they are visiting,
• To set up an exhibition with the works created during the residency,
• To create an art book combining the works of the artists.
Photographers will be selected after entries are closed by a jury. The selected applicants will be contacted as of 15 October and therefore they undertake to be fully available during the period of residency.
Applicants wishing to participate in the 3rd Algerian-European “Regards croisés” photography residency in 2021, must submit their applications by 27 September 2021.
