In the framework of the implementation of EU-funded AFEQ programme, Setif hosted a seminar to present the results of the data collection on recruitment and capacity building needs of the companies in Algeria.

The results were considered very satisfying and likely to enable a better understanding of the companies needs and to support the action of the National Employment Agency (ANEM).

The Support Programme to training-job and qualification adequacy (AFEQ) is co-funded by the European Union (€10 million) and the Algerian government (€1 million). It aims at ensuring a better adequacy between training and employment through a better involvement of the companies in youth training and insertion. The programme will last 36 months.
