Anna Lindh Foundation annual meeting to agree on 2020 Action Plan

In collaboration with the Heads of the Hellenic Network of the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF), the Anna Lindh Foundation Secretariat organized its annual statuary meeting of its Coordinators of National Civil Society Networks in Thessaloniki, Greece from 24 to 25 October 2019.

The meeting served as an opportunity for open dialogue with the Heads of Networks institutions of the ALF on the Action plan for 2020 which is soon to be adopted by the ALF Board of Governors as well as an opportunity to renew mutual commitment to open to support of both Heads of Networks and Members.

The meeting aimed to present concrete courses of action and recommendations for implementing the Action plan in 2020. The meeting also served as a platform for the election of six Heads of Networks to attend the upcoming ALF Board of Governors meeting to take place in Alexandria on 24 November 2019.

The Anna Lindh Foundation is an organisation shared and resourced by forty-three Euro-Mediterranean countries with the mandate to bring people together and promote intercultural dialogue. With its headquarters in Alexandria, the Anna Lindh Foundation runs a EuroMed network of over 4000 civil society organisations with the aim of facilitating their collaborations and common actions.
The programme of the Foundation is focused on activities in fields which are essential for human and social dialogue: Culture and Creativity; Education and Intercultural Learning; Urban Spaces and Citizenship; Media and Public Opinion.
