From 19 May to 29 June, the Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) networks of the 42 countries of the Union for the Mediterranean is organising 63 national and cross-network activities all around the Mediterranean basin to emphasise that intercultural dialogue is the only way towards sustainable societies in the EuroMed region. During these 42 days, 5 big webinars will also be held to address the important issues and challenges the EuroMed is facing nowadays.

In this respect, the ALF is launching a Call for Expression of interest to mobilise its Network to implement the Virtual Marathon’s activities through a service contract, with the support of a regional media campaign which will make visible and meaningful all the activities undertaken, as well as its their outcomes. The deadline for submission is 1 May 2021.

The ALF is also looking for a huge mobilisation of all stakeholders who can make the difference, from the very members of the civil society to academia, media and private sectors, to help thinking globally and act locally – and vice versa – and, very especially, to the decision makers, from national to EU levels, to help implementing the changes.

The Anna Lindh Foundation is an organisation shared and resourced by forty-three Euro-Mediterranean countries with the mandate to bring people together and promote intercultural dialogue.
