Representatives of civil society organisations working in favour of gender equality based in the Southern Mediterranean are invited to apply for a call for participants for a workshop on gender equality advocacy.
This call is to select 24 representatives for the workshop scheduled in Morocco in April 2016. It is part of the ‘CSO WINS project: Capacity Building in the Southern Mediterranean to open policy dialogue and monitoring for women in society’, funded by the EU’s Neighbourhood Civil Society Facility.
The deadline for applications is 8 January.
The candidates selected will have the opportunity to:
▪ Participate in a training workshop and access resources useful to engage in policy dialogue;
▪ Contribute to developing the strategic advocacy action plan of the organisation they represent;
▪ Take part in networking with organisations with similar objectives.
The CSO WINS project aims to enable organisations to participate in the monitoring of policies concerning gender equality through the promotion of networking in this area. (EU Neighbourhood Info)
