The EU in Egypt is strengthening dialogue for peace and mutual understanding. The EU Ambassador to Egypt, H.E. Angelina Eichhorst, met with the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Tayeb. The meeting highlighted the existing and long standing fruitful cooperation between the EU and Al-Azhar in promoting harmonious coexistence, and youth engagement. A strong call for dialogue, wisdom, tolerance, acceptance of others and living together peacefully.
