The EU-funded Resource Centre for Civil Society Organisations (CROSC) organised a capacity-building training on association management in the western province of Tiaret, Algeria.

Ten associations have taken part in this three-day training which addressed strategic planning, administrative and financial management, human resources management and communication. The CROSC will also provide trainings in seventeen other Algerian provinces.

Created in 2014 and funded by the European Union, the CROSC supports and advises Algerian associations, offering them expertise and animation tools. It seeks to create an information portal for the associations, to set up training tools, to provide trainings in association management and project management to 360 Algerian associations.
