The third edition of the dialogue on social inclusion policies and the fight against violence against women was held today, June 18, 2025, in Tunis, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Planning, the Ministry of Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Family, Women, Children, and the Elderly. The dialogue aims to present the progress made on these two public policies and to provide a platform for exchanges for all stakeholders involved—central and regional government structures, civil society, and technical and financial partners—using a participatory approach, in order to encourage the sharing of experiences and best practices at the central and regional levels.

This meeting is part of the implementation of the Social Inclusion Support Programme (PAIS), funded by the European Union, which aims to combat poverty and promote social inclusion in order to reduce economic, social, regional and gender-based inequalities. The audience was thus able to discuss the challenges of coordination between the multiple actors and institutions involved in the implementation of national programs for the benefit of economically and socially vulnerable populations. The objective is to improve complementarity and performance in order to produce a positive impact on the living conditions of beneficiaries.
