Skills4Sports partnership visited Sagesse Club SC in Beirut, Lebanon, this month. The main purpose of the visit was to introduce the young footballers and their coaches to the Skills4Sports Project and explain the training’s content.
In more detail, the participants discussed the importance of developing new skills in the sports sector and present the training content and how they will accelerate young people’s careers in the sports sector. The trainings spanning from sports events management to coaching and leadership and sports sociology, focusing on enabling young people to find a job at the sports industry.
All in all, in November 2022, trainings in Beirut, Saggese Club SC will provide around 20 young footballers to attend the training at Sports Academy Scholls and win their first certifications. The trainings will be about Coaching and Leadership, Sports event management, Sports digital marketing and communications, Dual careers, Sports sociology and Introduction to sports management and sports economy.
