The European Commission’s Director-General for the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf (DG MENA), Mr. Stefano Sannino, is making an official visit to Morocco from May 12 to 14, 2025. This mission aims to consult Morocco on the future New Pact for the Mediterranean, currently being prepared between the European Union and the countries of the southern shore, as well as to deepen the Euro-Moroccan bilateral dialogue. Mr. Sannino will meet with institutional leaders and non-governmental stakeholders involved in key areas of the Euro-Moroccan partnership: the private sector, higher education, civil society, and cultural and creative industries (CCIs).
