The Launching event of the 60 projects approved under the first call for proposals will be held on 22–23 October 2025 in Bari (Italy) at Hotel Villa Romanazzi Carducci. This two-day event will bring together representatives from the 60 newly funded projects, programme bodies, and partners from across the Mediterranean. It represents an important step forward in the Programme’s mission to foster cooperation, innovation, and sustainable development throughout the Mediterranean region.

The event will feature:

  • An official opening session with representatives from the European Commission, the Puglia Region, and the Programme’s Managing Authority.

  • Thematic and practical training sessions for Lead Beneficiaries, focusing on financial management, communication requirements, procurement, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Interactive sessions and workshops on topics such as digital and green communication, youth engagement through the IVY initiative, and use of AI tools to enhance project visibility.

  • Networking opportunities among project coordinators, financial and communication managers, and National Contact Points to strengthen collaboration and share best practices.
