European External Action Service Deputy Secretary General Pedro Serrano and EU Counter-Terrorism Coordinator Gilles de Kerchove are visiting Beirut on 26 and 27 January to attend the Lebanon-EU Counter Terrorism Dialogue.
Mr. de Kerchove is accompanied by experts in the field of counter-terrorism and countering violent extremism from the European Union and from the relevant Lebanese ministries and security agencies.
