A signing ceremony for the Paris Agreement on climate change (COP21) is taking place today in New York at the initiative of the General Secretary of the UN. This event will open the way to COP22, which will take place in Marrakesh on 7-18 November 2016.

To highlight the “historic importance” of this event and the passing of the relay baton to the future host country, the Delegation of the European Union in Morocco and the Member States’ embassies signed, on Wednesday 22 April 2016, a convention with a young Moroccan entrepreneur of 15 years, Camil CHAARI, who set up the ‘E-recycling’ initiative – a non-profit organisation involved in the recycling of electronic waste.
