In the framework of the Festival AJCM (Atelier des Jeunes Citoyens et Citoyennes de la Méditerranée), Young Mediterranean Voices alumni Samir Akacha (France) and Benani Manal (Algeria) have been invited to an online discussion on 8 June with members of the European Parliament and Regional Council Members to reflect on actions to be taken during COVID-19 times, towards a more sustainable future for young people in Europe and the Southern Mediterranean region. The discussion will tackle: entrepreneurship, gender equality and sustainable development.

The Festival AJCM is a three-day event with debates, conferences and workshops. Animated by young people from Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt, Armenia, Spain, Italy, France, and Greece, this new edition is the result of original proposals made in response to current issues.
