In the framework of the Twinning Project IL 15 ENI SO 01 17 (IL/14) “Establishment of the Israeli National Qualifications Framework (NQF) as a mechanism to fostering the development of Israeli human capital” Studiare Sviluppo, in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Education and Research, CIMEA and the Israeli Ministry of Education, are looking for 1 full time Resident Twinning Advisor’s assistant (RTAA).

The overall objective of the Twinning Project is to contribute to the development of Israeli human capital, by enhancing the quality of education and training, strengthening the link between education and employment by promoting equal opportunities for all individuals through lifelong learning to maximize national and international transparency as well as recognition of prior and informal learning. The project purpose is to support the establishment of a functioning Israeli National Qualification Framework (NQF), and its alignment to the European Qualification Framework (EQF) meta–frame.

The Assistant will cooperate with the RTA and the team of Italian, Israeli and European experts, supporting them in completion of their tasks and duties. An equipped office space, with one duty station per person, will be organised at the premises of the Department for Evaluation of Foreign Academic Degrees (DEFAD –Israeli ENIC) at the MoEin Jerusalem and can be asked to follow the RTA and the STE in implementing other Twinning Project’s activities at local level in Israel and eventually accompany the Israeli delegation during the Study Visits in Italy /EU. During the COVID–19 period the work should be conducted mainly from home.
