As part of a new step to strengthen cooperation between Egypt and Germany, the Egyptian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration and Reintegration—under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, and in partnership with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)—is organising the “Labour Mobility Forum” from 22 to 25 June 2025, under the theme: “Connecting People to New Opportunities.”
This forum presents a unique opportunity for Egyptian youth to explore the German labour market and learn about its requirements to access employment opportunities.

Discover “Berlin Street”!
One of the forum’s key features is “Berlin Street,” taking place on 23 and 24 June. This interactive experience brings together Egyptian youth and German institutions, allowing participants to explore all aspects of working and living in Germany.

The activities at “Berlin Street” will include a series of advisory sessions addressing important topics such as travel requirements and procedures for job applications in Germany, the different types of visas available, vocational training opportunities, and how to write a professional CV.

“Berlin Street” is not just an ordinary event—it is an immersive experience designed to simulate daily life in Germany. It includes several stations representing different aspects of work and relocation to Germany, offering participants comprehensive information and practical guidance.

Stay tuned to learn more about the participating institutions, in-demand sectors in the German labour market, and the full schedule of sessions over the two days.
