Call for expression of interest to conduct a research study in English for the EU Delegation to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the role of key local actors in democratisation in Jordan.

The Delegation of the European Union to Jordan is launching a call for the following tender (reference number No: EEAS-2021-04-DELJORA-P&I-SER-PO):

  • The EU is seeking a team of researchers (academic/research centre, think tank, university) to scope a study on the role of specific local actors in Jordan, e.g. CSOs, CBOs, political parties, tribes —with a focus on one or more of these main actors — in a political trajectory towards democracy in the country; the study can look into the perceptions, challenges, aspirations/expectations of those actors and how they are shaping the political trajectory of Jordan.
  • The study is set to provide an analytical context of the historic and current role of one or more of these main actors in state building and their role and impact on developing democratic institutions and a democratic culture in the kingdom.

Interested parties may express their interest by sending their contact details (legal entity name, postal address, e-mail and telephone number) to the following e-mail address: DELEGATION-JORDAN-PPIS-PROCUREMENT@eeas.europa.eu

The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute any of the contracts mentioned. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a service contract on the basis of the expression of interest by a tenderer.
