U-SOLVE project re-opens the deadline for its call for subgrants in the five of its six partner countries (Italy, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Jordan) until the 22/12/2022 or to whenever the target of admitted proposals will be achieved by one of the hubs, the call for that hub might be closed by the responsible partner of it.

If you are an entrepreneur, a start upper, an individual or a team wishing to start a business, and you have an idea or project that can meet the challenges of sustainable urban development in cities, we invite you to

APPLY FOR U-SOLVE CALL

The opportunity is still open to anyone who can engage the creative and cultural sectors in the creation and implementation of business projects that generate crucial impact in one of the following themes:

  • Urban and transport planning
  • Sustainable energy
  • Waste management
  • Blue infrastructure
  • Urban food system
  • Urban health equity
  • Green infrastructure
  • Water resources and management
  • Sustainable tourism

The call includes 2 steps:

STEP 1 Apply HERE
Selection of 210 innovative business projects/ideas that will have access to capacity building and acceleration services (training, mentoring and networking). Selected innovators will also have access to the local U-SOLVE Innovation Hub.

STEP 2
A follow-up call – limited only to the pool of 210 selected innovators who have also successfully completed capacity building activities who will be awarded subgrants totaling up to €10,000 per beneficiary.

U-SOLVE is a strategic project funded by ENI CBC MED that aims to promote entrepreneurial pathways involving the adoption of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing opportunities particularly for youth and women engaged in transition initiatives in all areas of urban sustainability.
