The Italian NGO COSPE, within the framework of the project CLIMA Cleaning Innovative Mediterranean Action: reducing waste to boost economies co-funded by the European Union within the programme ENI CBC MED 2014-20, launches starting today a tender for a composting plant equipment provision in Lebanon.
The composting plant will be located in the Municipality of Bikfaya and shall be equipped with a specially designed three layers’ membranes allowing a high breathability for vapor and retention of odours, dust and germs while preventing rainwater penetration.
