The purposes of this contract are as follows:
- To create, implement and evaluate a digital communications campaign for youth in Israel.
- To maintain and create content (including videos and photos) for dynamic, interactive and meaningful EU Delegation’s social media pages/accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram and occasionally Twitter and YouTube)
- To undertake trainings of EU beneficiaries on communication and visibility.
- To mark Europe Day (one in 2021 & one in 2022) by producing one yearly major European cultural event or 2-3 medium size European Cultural events, together with a VIP reception (to be held in Tel Aviv or another location in the centre of the country), celebrating European cultures and EU-Israel relations.
- To hold public diplomacy and visibility events in different geographical locations across Israel in 2021 & 2022.
- To organise information days for Israeli Local Authorities and Civil society organisations on EU programmes and calls for proposals in 2021 & 2022.
- To produce visibility material
