The EU Neighbours South regional communication programme, with support from the Directorate General for the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf (DG MENA), is thrilled to announce the launch of the 3rd edition of “Speak Up Cartoons!” This exciting comic book initiative showcases the talent of artists from Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, and Tunisia.
Who can participate?
The competition is free and open to all amateur and professional artists aged 18 and above.
If you’re a passionate and creative cartoonist, illustrator, or comic artist from the Southern Neighbourhood, this is your opportunity to transform inspiring EU-funded success stories into impactful comics.
