The project aims to strengthen the rule of law through an independent and effective judiciary aligned with international standards. It is structured around four main components: improving the internal organisation and procedures of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), effectively implementing the court oversight mechanism, developing monitoring and performance improvement capacities within the judiciary, and enhancing communication with the public and stakeholders.
These efforts aim to modernise the justice system, improve its efficiency, and ensure better access for all, particularly vulnerable groups.
