I am Fatima Al-Majrab as a young Libyan woman full of ambition and energy willing to develop and influence… In an environment known for wars and limited opportunities, I am proud of the experiences and projects we have carried out as Libyan youth who contribute to resisting circumstances and seeking to bring about change.
I have a great passion for developing the skills of young people and pushing them to achieve their dreams, and the scout movement was the optimal space for that since my childhood, it contributed to the formation of my leadership personality and helped me contribute to society in all its fields and gave way to many experiences, perhaps the most important of which is my distinction in the media field as a member of the media of the city regiment, a member of the media of the General Command of the Scout movement, head of the Media Committee of the Arab Region for Girl Guides, and also a former member of the Marketing Committee of the World Association of Girl Guides.
I am interested and working in the field of human resources, a specialty that has always been on the dream list, I have hope to apply modern global human resources curricula and methods in Libya, and my current work as a human resources specialist in recruitment and development has given way to many projects.
I recently worked as a leader in the Scout movement on the 70 Days for the Environment project in cooperation with the Likau organization as an official member of the organization and very interested in the field of environment and the importance of spreading awareness of the importance of protecting it and promoting a culture of care for it in our society.
