I am Hidaya, I started my career as an agroecologist, working in roles such as agricultural engineer and project manager in the public sector, private companies, and NGOs.
Nevertheless, I pursued my passion for artisanal and floral decoration by launching Églantine Events Dz, a concept store specializing in event decor through which I indulgein my other passions like photography and handmade design. I am a qualified craftswoman, passionate about art and culture and actively involved in civil society by empowerinrural women.
I engage in coaching digital and online marketing, working closely with the Chamber of Crafts and other similar associations.
Through passion and ambition, I sow the seeds of growth, nurturing both people and planet, as I believe in the transformative power of eco-conscious actions.
