I’m Tehami Ben Ali Rachid, a journalism graduate passionate about digital media, fact-based storytelling, and journalism’s role in advancing transparency and social justice. I have experience in fact-checking, video production, and graphic design, with a focus on human rights, conflict-sensitive journalism, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
I’ve collaborated with Chayyek and Oxfam Lebanon on multimedia content addressing key regional issues and was recognized by ARIJ for an award-winning investigation into the psychological struggles of Gaza-based journalists. As a former student club president and volunteer, I engaged youth in media awareness, and I’m now launching a media startup in Algeria to combine digital innovation with ethical storytelling.
