As part of the PAP Enpard Algeria TDR33, aimed at supporting the conduct and training actions of Territorial Development Advisers (CDT), a training action, under the theme: Goat farming, provided by Mr. SAOUDI Aissa, was carried out on 16 April 2019 at the level of the subdivision of agriculture of the wilaya of Laghouat and in which 17 participants took part.
The pilot program of actions for agricultural and rural development in Algeria, PAP-ENPARD, is part of the European initiative ENPARD (European Neighborhood Program for Agriculture and Rural Development) aimed at supporting neighboring countries in agricultural and rural policies.
