The third cycle of the training process for Territorial Development Advisers (CDT), organised and implemented by the PAP / ENPARD Program has started in Algeria.
It should be noted that this cycle aims to apply the understandings of the CDT, made during the first 2 cycles of the trainings.
The program of pilot actions for agricultural and rural development in Algeria, PAP-ENPARD, is part of the European initiative ENPARD (European Neighbourhood Program for Agriculture and Rural Development) aimed at supporting neighbouring countries in agricultural and rural policies.
