The EU-funded Support Programme to training-job and qualification adequacy (AFEQ) is organising a regional seminar on 4 October in Setif, Algeria, to deliver the labour market analysis and the identification of priority economic sectors of the province.

This seminar, which is intended to be a place to exchange and share experiences, will provide the different actors and partners with the main results of the labour market analysis and the identification of the most promising economic sectors, which has been carried out since May 2018.

The programme AFEQ is co-funded by the European Union (€10 million) and the Algerian government (€1 million). It aims at ensuring a better adequacy between training and employment through a better involvement of the companies in youth training and insertion. The programme will last 36 months.
