The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) held its Annual Heads of Networks (HoNs) Meeting virtually on 30 November, 1 and 3 December 2020. The digital meeting was an “Open space for discussions and Reflections”, a unique occasion for welcoming new HoNs coordinators that joined the ALF Network recently and an opportunity to review strategic orientations of the ALF network and ALF next phase programming for 2021 onwards.
The meeting was inaugurated by the President of the Anna Lindh Foundation, Mrs. Elisabeth Guigou and the Executive Director Dr Nabil Al Sharif.
A total of 13 sessions took place over 3 days, engaging HoNs coordinators from 33 National Networks, as well are representatives from the ALF Network Unit, Programmes, Grants, Partnerships, Monitoring & Evaluation and Communication, with a total participation of 63 participants.
Overall, the meeting has reached its goal in rebuilding a common vision and stressing on the participatory approach and sharing ideas and reflections of the Networks on significant matters such as fundraising, cooperation and enhancing the participation of network members at the grassroots level.

With its headquarters in Alexandria, the Anna Lindh Foundation runs a EuroMed network of over 4000 civil society organisations with the aim of facilitating their collaborations and common actions.
