Announcement from the National Erasmus+ Office in Egypt

The National Erasmus+ Office – Egypt, being the only official entity responsible for the representation and implementation of the EU-funded programme “Erasmus+” in Egypt, would like to confirm that there is no other entity entitled to represent, implement, or receive applications from individuals, impose fees under any aspect of benefiting individuals in the form of scholarships, fellowships, internships or volunteering activities.

Applicants are only entitled to submit applications to universities which consequently comply to European data protection and privacy regulations. Applicants and scholars are never entitled to pay any fees to any entity according to programme rules.

Submitting an application or paying money to such entities claiming to represent the programme might make the person liable to privacy breach and/or theft.
