A study of experience capitalisation and best practices on accompanying single mothers in the Maghreb was carried out under the project “For a better social and professional integration of single mothers in the Maghreb”, funded by the EU and implemented in Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.

The study was done on the basis of significant experiences of social and professional reintegration of single mothers, already collected within the project through the interview of more than 150 actors from the project partners and other civil society actors, private and public, working for social and economic integration of single mothers in the three countries.

The study will lead to a series of recommendations to develop the use of these best practices by all stakeholders that support the social and professional reintegration of single mothers in the Maghreb.
