In the framework of All-Around Culture, a programme co-funded by the European Union, L’Art Rue and MitOst e.V. are pleased to launch the open call for Cross-Border Collaboration Projects.

20 cultural organisations from the ‘South’ and 10 cultural organisations from the ‘North’ will work together in trios (2 South organisations, 1 North organisation) on a 15-month collaboration project funded up to €40,000. Throughout the project period, selected participants will receive mentoring and peer support, participate in 3 international group meetings and join a growing network.

Due to the nature of this action’s financial framework (EuropeAid), the collaboration project grants can only be concluded with organisations that have a registration in one of the following ENP South countries (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine or Tunisia) and collaboration activities should mainly happen in these countries.

Deadline to apply with a collaboration concept between 3 partners (2 partners from different South countries and 1 from the North countries) is Wednesday 11 May 2022 (23:59 CET).

All-Around Culture aims to foster a vital cultural ecosystem as an enabling environment for social and economic inclusion of young people in seven countries across the Arab region including Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, and Libyan and Syrian communities in these countries. As part of All-Around Culture, Thoulathy initiates and supports collaborations of cultural organisations between the following group of countries which we have divided geographically between South and North.
