As part of the implementation of the Inclusive Rural Development (DRI) project in the municipalities of Khenchela province, a call for expressions of interest has been issued to stakeholders in local economic development.
The call is open to anyone working or residing in the pilot areas of Tamza and M’Toussa, operating as formal or informal groupings in the sectors of agriculture, handicrafts and tourism.
The Inclusive Rural Development (DRI) Project aims to build local skills to support sustainable economic development for the benefit of vulnerable populations in isolated rural areas. This project is being implemented as part of the Pilot Actions Programme for rural development and agriculture in Algeria (PAP-ENPARD). This initiative is co-funded by the Algerian government and the European Union to support the implementation of public policies which can help to overcome the challenges of food security, diversification of rural economies and the improvement of local governance in rural areas.
