This call is open to Moroccan Civil Society Organisations and aims to select 20 associations to partner with the “TAKWIA, IBTIKAR, HIWAR et TAGHYIR” (Strengthening, Innovation, Dialogue and Change) programme, led by Handicap International, AMANE and ASF Maroc (funded by the EU), over a four year period from 2023 to 2027.
This call for expressions of interest (CEI) forms part of the “TAKWIA, IBTIKAR, HIWAR et TAGHYIR” (TIHT) (Strengthening, Innovation, Dialogue and Change) programme, delivered by a consortium headed by Handicap International (HI Maroc), in partnership with child protection charity Association Meilleur Avenir pour Nos Enfants (AMANE) and Avocats Sans Frontières (ASF Maroc), working to provide access to justice. The programme is funded by the European Union
The TIHT programme aims to provide support and guidance to Moroccan CSOs, strengthening their structures and connections in order to enhance their influence on public policy in the following areas:
It offers various services to Moroccan CSOs, including capacity building, dialogue with peers, funding to strengthen organisational structures and advocacy. Each of the chosen CSOs will receive at least €60,000 in funding over the course of the project.
This call for expressions of interest is open to Moroccan Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) operating on the national level; that is to say, those whose scope is not purely local.
