Delegates from over 30 countries gathered yesterday in Brussels to celebrate the achievements of more than 900 projects financed under 13 European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument cross border cooperation programmes (ENPI CBC 2007-2013) and discuss the new 16 European Neighbourhood Instrument cross border cooperation programmes (ENI CBC 2014-2020).
