As part of EUPOL COPPS’ ongoing efforts to support the institutional development of the Palestinian Civil Police (PCP), the Swedish Police Authority – International Affairs Division – has provided projectors and projector screens to strengthen the operational environment of the Family and Juvenile Protection Department (FJPD) on 7 July, in Ramallah. The equipment is to be installed in designated meeting rooms in Ramallah, Bethlehem, Nablus, and Hebron. It will enhance the FJPD’s capacity to conduct internal briefings, planning sessions, coordination meetings, and training workshops. The use of modern presentation tools is expected to improve communication, knowledge sharing, and the overall effectiveness of the department’s work. This initiative is part of a broader effort to reinforce the physical infrastructure that supports the FJPD’s core functions, while also promoting professionalism and evidence-based decision-making across its units.
