The European Training Foundation (ETF) unveils the ten finalists of the 2024 ETF Green Skills Award, celebrating initiatives driving the transition towards a sustainable and eco-friendly future. These finalists represent an example of commitment and innovation in advancing green skills globally.
Selected from 316 applicants from 53 countries, this year’s finalists present a rich set of backgrounds and expertise. The top ten initiatives were chosen by ETF experts for their exceptional contributions to sustainability.
Pilvi Torsti, Director of the ETF, commented, “The outstanding quality and diversity of this year’s finalists underscore the global dedication to advancing the green skills agenda. In this we are all sharing the same need to transform our societies, the whole world has a common goal. These initiatives are key to shaping a more sustainable world for generations to come. With the previous three editions of the Green Skills Award collecting over 33,000 public votes, anticipation is building for the announcement of the 2024 winner.
