EU-funded CyberSouth supports E-FIRST working group to strengthen law enforcement capacities

Within the framework of CyberSouth project, twenty-four experts from EU countries and from the Middle East and North Africa region have delivered a free e-learning package to train First Responders on how to identify, seize and handle electronic evidence and improve assistance to victims of crimes facilitated by the use of computer systems.

CyberSouth is a joint project of the European Union and the Council of Europe. It contributes to the prevention and control of cybercrime and other offences involving electronic evidence in the region of the Southern Neighbourhood, in line with international human rights and rule of law standards and good practices.
