TunisiaEU-funded EBSOMED to organize webinar on gender mainstreaming and gender empowerment
The Committee “Gender Mainstreaming and women empowerment” has been created in the framework of the EU-funded EBSOMED project with the aim to join the forces to promote gender diversity in the Euro-Mediterranean Region with a special focus on women in board as it’s a growing necessity for companies to thrive and grow in today’s environment.
In this context, BUSINESSMED, in the framework of EBSOMED, is organising a webinar on 18 December 2020 in order to learn more about gender equality policies and to take part in the debate on women’s participation in public life and decision-making.
Co-financed by the European Commission, EBSOMED is a 4-year project which was officially launched in June 2018 in Tunis. The project aims at boosting the Mediterranean business ecosystem and promoting inclusive economic growth and job creation, by enhancing the private sector environment and namely the Business Support Organisations in the Southern Neighbourhood countries.
