As part of the ENI SEIS II South support mechanism project funded by the European Union, the SEIS national teams organized two national webinars on 9 July in Israel and on 13 July in Tunisia. The meetings brought together representatives of different national institutions.
The purpose of the meetings was to present the main conclusions of the Horizon 2020 evaluation (regional and national evaluation) and exchange on the main achievements and success stories that have marked 4 years of cooperation and commitment to support the H2020 initiative and the implementation of the EU’s external policy and SEIS principles in the Mediterranean region.
ENI SEIS II South Support Mechanism project aims to contribute to the reduction of the marine pollution in the Mediterranean by developing a Shared Environmental Information System (SEIS) supporting the regular production and sharing of quality assessed environmental data, indicators and information.
