TunisiaEU in Jordan launches “Innovate Jordan” programme
On Monday 28 September, the European Union in Jordan has launched “Innovate Jordan” programme with a budget of EUR 20 million.
The EU-funded programme ‘Innovation for Enterprise Growth and Jobs’ (Innovate Jordan, in short) is held in collaboration with Orange Jordan, Endeavor Jordan and Engineering SAM and aims to help local companies grow, promote digital skills, provide more innovation services & opportunities and help Jordan recover from #COVID19 crisis.
“Innovate Jordan” aims to create an ‘SME Growth Factory’ that helps existing innovative high growth potential enterprises to scale and grow, to support the development of sector Centres of Excellence that boost the competitiveness of high growth and innovation potential sectors and to support the establishment of an Innovation Hub that promotes and strengthens the innovation culture and facilitates innovation demand and supply matchmaking.
