The European Union and Morocco have signed a finance agreement amounting to 100 million euros to upgrade the North African country’s health system.
This amount will support the financing of health system, back the post-coronavirus crisis solutions, and help the health sector to be more resilient to possible future health crises, the statement read.
As part of the EU’s emergency support to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, this finance agreement aims to improve the quality and safety of care, support the human and financial management of the health system and back the implementation of health services.
