TunisiaEU Water STARS : upcoming webinar on the project’s role to create sustainable water systems in Egypt
The EU-funded project EU Water STARS project, implemented by the Ministry of Water Resources & Irrigation, will organize a webinar on Monday 7 June, 2021, at 10 am Cairo time.
The Webinar will be focusing on how the EU Water STARS project has helped strengthen the capacities of relevant institutions and stakeholders to establish demand-oriented and cost covering water systems in a sustainable manner. The project has also introduced European best practices and successful models in water services, improved organizational structures, and regulatory systems, and better water resource management processes.
The EU Water Sector Technical Assistance and Reforms Support (EU Water STARS) is a thirty months project, funded by the European Union. EU water STARS aims to support the institutional reform of water resources sector in Egypt and to improve the management and use of water resources by improving the operational efficiencies of concerned stakeholders and beneficiaries.
