TunisiaEUPOL COPPS organised a Workshop on CID Specialized Training
On behalf of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Palestinian Civil Police, Advisers of EUPOL COPPS organized a workshop on the 7 March, in Ramallah.
The workshop was attended by representatives from different departments of the PCP – Head of the CID PCP, several members of CID PCP staff, representatives of the Training Administration PCP, representatives of the RPDA PCP and representatives of the PCPS.
During the workshop Mission Advisers presented the second part of the joint project of studying the implementation of the CID Specialized Training as a first step for investigators in the education system of the PCP, as it is done in EU countries. Mission Members presented more concretely the aim of the training, objectives and the purpose thereof, as well main content, target group, performance, didactic-methodological approach and other topics referring to this training. Also, concrete suggestions for the implementation of the project were presented. During the discussion that ensued, representatives of the PCP expressed a very positive approach to the ideas put forward.
