TunisiaHorizon 2020 Programme takes stock of work done in Tunisia
The EU Delegation to Tunisia hosted last week the management unity team of the European programme Horizon 2020 (UGP-Horizon 2020) and its network of national contact points (NCPs) made up of dynamic and enthusiastic volunteers.
The meeting was the opportunity to assess the important information and support work already undertaken by UGP-Horizon 2020 among the Tunisian researchers and SMEs, and to share Tunisia’s success stories in terms of scientific cooperation in the framework of different call for projects funded by this European research and innovation programme.
Tunisia is the only African and Arab country to obtain the status of associated country to H2020 programme, a programme which promotes research and innovation in Europe and its closest partners.
