As part of the Francophonie Summit to be held on 20-21 November in Djerba, Tunisia, around the theme “Connectivity in digital diversity as a vector of development and solidarity in the Francophone space”, Innov’i – EU4Innovation launches a call for applications for startups with innovative technological solutions to promote the culture, contemporary creation and heritage of Djerba and of Tunisia as a whole during the Summit. The deadline for submitting applications is 19 May.
The selected startups will receive regular support for the implementation of the proposed solution, a valuation of their project and a grant of up to €7,000 to present, or to develop their product and operationalize it in Djerba as part of the Summit.
The ambition of this call for initiatives is to exploit the innovation potential of Tunisian startups and contribute to cultural tourism and cultural economic dynamics in order to strengthen the territorial and economic development of Tunisia.
Innov’i – EU4Innovation is a five-year programme that aims at strengthening the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation in Tunisia. It is funded by the European Union and implemented by Expertise France.
