The EU funded project INTERNISA launched its training program activities in Jordan. The second part of the training program targeted 20 Jordanian SMEs for women who owned businesses in the textile sector who showed interest and engagement in shaping their digital skills textile and looking to learn and prepare themselves to increase the opportunities of developing and enhancing their business in this sector. INTERNSA training program introduced the participants to new Digital skills related to the textile industry besides the new digital technologies in the textile industry. Over the five days, participants studied each developed module and put in practice through exercises with specialist trainers.
The INTERNISA training took place in the Zinc Incubator in Salt for 25 women, who have owned their small workshops or retail shops in the area.
With the aim of providing training in digital skills to women and know-how about digitalization approaches to businesspeople, INTERNISA combines training in the digital sector with professional development in the agri-food, textile, tourism and financial sectors. To reach its objective, the project develops online and offline services addressed to women and employers providing training curricula and personal consulting.
