The Anna Lindh Foundation is launching a series of recruitment calls as it aims to reinforce its movement for dialogue across the Mediterranean and expand its programming impact as an increasingly global player.
The Foundation is the first international organisation of its kind working from the Global South to build inclusive, empathetic and resilient societies in the face of a historic era of rising mistrust and polarisation across societies. With its international secretariat in Alexandria, the Foundation has coordinators and programme staff based across more than 40 countries including at its EU Liaison Office in Brussels and regional centres of excellence affiliated to its strategic partners and civil society networks.
In this context, the Foundation has announced international recruitment competitions and calls for expertise, among them:
(a) Senior International Management posts to lead and coordinate “Outreach to the Foundation National Civil Society Networks” and “Partnerships/Business Development with multilateral institutions”;
(b) Consultancy positions to embed across the Foundation “Performance Management”, “Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation” and “Strategic Financial Planning” to reinforce its overall impact;
(c) Communication Management roles connected to its work on Youth-led Dialogue and Exchange, the expanding “Young Mediterranean Voices” and pioneering “Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange”;
(d) Programme and Development Officers for the Foundation flagship initiatives, the “Intercultural Trends Report” and the “Mediterranean Forum 2020” (‘MED FORUM’);
(e) International Internship positions for “Policy and Advocacy”, “Media and Communication”, and for the development of the Foundation “Intercultural Resource Centre”.
The recruitment call responds to new posts at the Foundation that aim to reinforce its Global Headquarters in Alexandria, EU Liaison Office in Brussels and regional centres of excellence connected to its flagship programmes and strategic partnerships.
